Swift dispatch – Every order is prepared with care and sent out within 48 hours (excluding Sundays and public holidays).
Reliable delivery – In most cases, your Saylient package will arrive within 5–7 days, handled only by trusted courier partners.

Once your order has been dispatched, cancellations for COD orders will incur both forward and return shipping at actual costs.
Prepaid orders cancelled after dispatch are not eligible for a refund.
Shipping charges are non-refundable.

We can update your shipping address after dispatch, provided the PIN code and state remain unchanged. Contact us right away to make the change.

Your package is intended for you — please ensure it is received personally or by someone you trust.

If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, inform us on the same day with an unboxing video. This is required to process a claim.
