Replacements
- If your product is defective, damaged in transit, or incorrect, we will replace it at no extra cost.

- An unboxing video showing the issue is mandatory for processing replacements.
Refunds
- We offer a 100% money-back guarantee on all our electronic products.
- Refunds are processed for prepaid orders that meet the return criteria. COD refunds will be issued via bank transfer.
- Once your returned product is received and inspected, we’ll initiate your refund within 7–10 business days.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable.
